Instead, it is a chance for our teams to collaborate on creating a shared baseline that connects top-line goals and strategies to your desired outcomes. It also helps us to better understand your capacity, processes, workflows, and resources. You’ll get an easy-to-use report at the end that will include baseline analytics, a narrative overview of your situation, and a few recommended strategies you may wish to pursue. $1,500 and not more than 10 hours.

This is where we roll up our sleeves and try to move a one or more of your strategies forward over a period of 3-6 months. We like to tailor the approach to your team and to the scale of the project, so Foxhall will propose solutions that may or may not involve our services and then we’ll put the best team of contractors together to accomplish the work. This type of work is billed either as a project fee or as a monthly retainer.
